Money Back Guarantee

EasyJustinBangkok.com will, at its option, replace or repair any defective product within 60 days from the date of purchase. After 60 days all sales are final. All requests for refunds must be substantiated with evidence that the product provided was defective and/or the customer was unable to use it effectively. All requests shall be made in writing via snail mail together with all evidences to the above reason to our mailing address as stated on the website. EasyJustinBangkok.com reserves the right at its own discretion to refuse any refunds requests for any reason whatsoever including but not limited to refusals to accept our advice on how best to use our book. If a dispute arises under this agreement, we agree to first try to resolve it with the help of a mutually agreed-upon mediator in the state of owner's country. Any costs and fees other than attorney fees associated with the mediation will be shared equally by each of us.
If it proves impossible to arrive at a mutually satisfactory solution through mediation, we agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration in the state of owner's country. Judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitration may be entered in any court with jurisdiction to do so.
If any provision of this agreement is void or unenforceable in whole or in part, the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall not be affected thereby.
